Common use of Limited Conditionality Acquisitions Clause in Contracts

Limited Conditionality Acquisitions. Immediately after the consummation of any Limited Conditionality Acquisition financed with Acquisition-Related Incremental Commitments, the representations and warranties of the Loan Parties set forth in each Loan Document shall be true and correct in all material respects on and as of the date of such Limited Conditionality Acquisition (after giving effect to such Limited Conditionality Acquisition), except to the extent any such representation or warranty is stated to relate solely to an earlier date, in which case such representation or warranty shall have been true and correct in all material respects on and as of such earlier date.
