Common use of Limited Access Right of Way Clause in Contracts

Limited Access Right of Way. To avoid confusion, the Parties agree that according to applicable law, including Federal Highway Administration laws and regulations, INDOT will retain control over (if any) limited access right of way. However, INDOT agrees in good faith to work with both the CITY and the Federal Highway Administration with respect to any requests to break the limited access right of way line.
