Limitations on Use and Disclosure of Restricted Data. Data provided under this agreement shall be held by the Investigator, Research Staff, at the Receiving Institution in strictest confidence and can be disclosed only in compliance with the terms of this agreement. In consideration of The New Immigrant Survey providing the Investigator access to the Restricted Data, the Receiving Parties agree as follows:
