Limitations on Personal Data Collection. Institution agrees that it is prohibited from using Handshake to collect personally identifiable user data other than Institution Data using the Handshake Service, including but not limited to personally identifiable data as defined by the PCI Standards (including CVC or CVV2). You assume all responsibility for any data entered into the Services in violation of this agreement.
