Limitations on Obligation. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, any Forward Purchaser’s obligation to use its commercially reasonable efforts to borrow or cause its affiliate to borrow all or any portion of the Forward Hedge Shares (and the applicable Forward Seller’s obligation to use its commercially reasonable efforts consistent with its normal trading and sales practices to sell such portion of the Forward Hedge Shares) for any Forward hereunder accordance with the terms of such Placement Notice (as amended by the corresponding Acceptance, if applicable) shall be subject in all respects to the last paragraph of Section 3 of the applicable Master Forward Confirmation.
