LIMITATIONS ON IN-SCHOOL VS. IN-HOME DISTRIBUTION. Licensee agrees that the ratio of units of PlayStation hardware distributed to schools for school use vs. units of PlayStation Hardware distributed to students for home use shall be less than 1 to 5.
