Limitations on Discounts and Compromises of Accounts. Other than in the ordinary course of business as generally conducted by the Borrower over a period of time, the Borrower will not compromise, compound or settle the Accounts for less than the full amount thereof, or release, wholly or partially, any Person liable for the payment thereof, except in each case as permitted under the Credit Agreement.
