Limitations on Amendments to the Guaranteed Bond. No amendment or supplement to, and no modification or rescission of, the Guaranteed Bond shall be effective unless approved in writing by RUS, nor shall any waiver of any rights of RUS under the Guaranteed Bond be effective against RUS unless such waiver has been approved in writing by RUS. No amendment or supplement to, and no modification of, any of the other Bond Documents, which materially adversely affects RUS, shall be effective unless approved in writing by RUS, nor shall any waiver of any rights of RUS under any of the Bond Documents be effective against RUS unless such waiver has been approved in writing by RUS.
