Limitations of Liability of the Trustees and Shareholders. 16.01 For the Funds which that are formed as Massachusetts business trusts, notice is hereby given that the Agreement and Declaration of such Trusts are on file with the Secretary of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and was executed on behalf of the Trustees of such Trusts as Trustees and not individually and that the obligations of this instrument are not binding upon any of the Trustees or Shareholders individually but are binding only upon the assets and property of each Fund.
