LIMITATIONS AND BENEFITS. Nothing contained herein shall be deemed to prohibit or deny to Owner or to Charterer the benefit of any limitations of, and exemptions from, liability accorded to the owners, bareboat charterers, and operators of Vessels by any statute or rule or law in force at the time such benefit, limitation or exemption is invoked.
