Common use of Limitation on Transfer of Amenities Clause in Contracts

Limitation on Transfer of Amenities. Borrower will not sell, lease, transfer or otherwise dispose of the existing or future common amenities, except to the property owners association created for the benefit of the owners of the Lots and upon compliance with the applicable provisions of the Deed of Trust.
