Limitation on Tenant’s Recourse. If Landlord is a corporation, trust, partnership, joint venture, unincorporated association, or other form of business entity, Tenant agrees that (i) the obligations of Landlord under this Lease shall not constitute personal obligations of the officers, directors, trustees, partners, joint venturers, members, owners, stockholders, or other principals of such business entity and (ii) Tenant shall have recourse only to the assets of such business entity for the satisfaction of such obligations and not against the assets of such officers, directors, trustees, partners, joint venturers, members, owners, stockholders or principals (other than to the extent of their interest in the assets owned by such business entity).
