Enter into any arrangement with any Person providing for the leasing by the Borrower or any Subsidiary of real or personal property which has been or is to be sold or transferred by the Borrower or such Subsidiary to such Person or to any other Person to whom funds have been or are to be advanced by such Person on the security of such property Property or rental obligations of the Borrower or such Subsidiary.

Limitation on Sales and Leasebacks. Enter into any arrangement with any Person providing for the leasing by the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary of real or personal property which has been or is to be sold or transferred by the Borrower or such Restricted Subsidiary to such Person or to any other Person to whom funds have been or are to be advanced by such Person on the security of such property or rental obligations of the Borrower or such Restricted Subsidiary.. 71 65

Enter into any arrangement with any Person providing for the leasing by the Borrower or any Subsidiary of the Borrower that is a Restricted Subsidiary of real or personal property which has been or is to be sold or transferred by the Borrower or such Restricted Subsidiary to such Person or to any other Person to whom funds have been or are to be advanced by such Person on the security of such property or rental obligations of the Borrower or such Restricted Subsidiary.

Enter With respect to each of the Borrower and the Restricted Subsidiaries, enter into any arrangement with any Person providing for the leasing by the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary of real or personal property which has been or is to be sold or transferred by the Borrower or such Restricted Subsidiary to such Person or to any other Person to whom funds have been or are to be advanced by such Person on the security of such property or rental obligations of the Borrower or such Restricted Subsidiary.
