Limitation on Purchases from Affiliates. Other than pursuant to the Sale Agreement, the Borrower shall not purchase any asset from the Equityholder or the Servicer or any Affiliate of the Borrower, the Equityholder or the Servicer; provided that, notwithstanding the foregoing and for the avoidance of doubt, the Borrower may purchase assets from GSO Holding I L.L.C. or any Affiliate thereof (other than the Equityholder or the Servicer) pursuant to an agreement other than the Sale Agreement, provided such purchase reflects arm’s length market terms.
