Limitation on Liability of the Master Servicer and Others. The Master Servicer and any director, officer, employee or agent of the Master Servicer may rely on any document of any kind which it in good faith reasonably believes to be genuine and to have been adopted or signed by the proper authorities respecting any matters arising hereunder. Subject to the terms of Section 9.01 hereof, the Master Servicer shall have no obligation to appear with respect to, prosecute or defend any legal action which is not incidental to the Master Servicer's duty to service the Home Loans in accordance with this Agreement.
