Limitation on Changes in Fiscal Periods. Permit the fiscal year of the Borrower to end on a day other than December 31 or change the Borrower’s method of determining fiscal quarters, provided that the Borrower may make one election after the Closing Date to change its fiscal year end, if the Borrower enters into such amendments to this Agreement as the Administrative Agent shall request to reflect such change, including modifications to this Section, such that the covenants affected by such change shall have the same effect (or, in any case, be substantively no less favorable to the Lenders, in the reasonable determination of the Administrative Agent) after giving effect thereto as if such change were not made. The Lenders hereby authorize the Administrative Agent to enter into such amendments to effect such modifications, if any, in accordance with the provisions of this Section.
