Common use of Limitation of Liability of the Trustees and Shareholders of the Fund Clause in Contracts

Limitation of Liability of the Trustees and Shareholders of the Fund. The Trustees of the Trust and the shareholders of the Fund shall not be liable for any obligations of the Fund or the Trust under this Agreement, and the Investment Adviser agrees that, in asserting any rights or claims under this Agreement, it shall look only to the assets and property of the Trust in settlement of such right or claim, and not to such Trustees or shareholders.
