Limitation of Liability of Lenders. To the extent permitted by law, (a) neither Agent nor any Lender or participant of a Lender shall incur any liability to any other Lender or participant of a Lender except for acts or omissions in bad faith, and (b) neither Agent nor any Lender or participant of a Lender shall incur any liability to Borrower, Guarantors or any other Person for any act or omission of any other Lender or any participant.
