Limitation as to Title Matters. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, the warranties and representations of Seller in this Article 3 do not extend to any matter that could be considered to be a Title Defect under this Agreement. All liabilities and obligations of Seller and Buyer with respect to Title Defects will be governed solely and exclusively by the provisions of Section 5.6 and the Special Warranty.
