Common use of Limit on Use Clause in Contracts

Limit on Use. This Agreement only applies to allow dockage of the single vessel described above in the assigned slip. If Owner desires to dock a boat or watercraft other than described above, Owner must complete a new Agreement, be bound by the conditions of the new Agreement, and pay the additional charges.
