Common use of Limit on Title XXI Funding Clause in Contracts

Limit on Title XXI Funding. Arizona will be subject to a limit on the amount of Federal title XXI funding that the State may receive for Demonstration expenditures during the Demonstration period. Federal title XXI funding available for Demonstration expenditures is limited to the State’s available allotment, including currently available reallocated funds. Should the State expend its available title XXI Federal funds for the claiming period, no further enhanced Federal matching funds will be available for costs of the Demonstration until the next allotment becomes available.
