Limit on Increase Clause Samples

Limit on Increase. Nothing in clauses 6.1 shall permit the Resident’s General Services Charge to be increased beyond the maximum amount from time to time permitted by the Act.

If the CPI fails to exist, then the CPI shall be replaced by such other index selected by Landlord as may be generally recognized as a successor index, or, if none, any other reasonable index which Landlord may select.
