Common use of Limit of Insurance Clause in Contracts

Limit of Insurance. 18.1. There shall be no recovery under this insurance in excess of the Limit(s) specified in the Certificate of Insurance or an Endorsement arising out of any one Event notwithstanding the number of third parties claiming against the Assured(s) and/or the number of Assureds or others claiming an indemnity under this insurance.
