Limit Exclusion Sample Clauses

Limit Exclusion. In the event that the District, due to a critical emergency, denies vacation to a Unit Member who would, as a result of that denial, lose vacation accumulated beyond the maximum, the nature and duration of the emergency shall be reported to the Board of Education. The Board shall, at the discretion of the Unit Member, either authorize payment in lieu of vacation earned above the maximum or permit the accumulation of excess vacation for the duration of the emergency.
