Lilly. When the LILLY UHTSS Steering Committee has determined that the Automated Storage and Retrieval module meet the Specifications for such module. Upon Completion (Acceptance) of the Automated Storage and retrieval module at Lill▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall give Lilly written notice and Lilly shall become obligated to pay such amounts provided for in the agreement.
