Lilly Confidential Information. All information provided to Isis by Lilly with respect to a Validation Target shall be considered the Confidential Information of Lilly and shall be subject to the obligations of Article 10 of this Agreement, including any nucleic acid or amino acid sequence of a Validation Target that is provided to Isis by Lilly. As long as such information is Confidential Information, Isis shall use such Confidential Information of Lilly only (a) in the course of the Collaboration, (b) in Isis’ internal antisense drug discovery efforts as expressly permitted by this Agreement, or (c) as otherwise expressly permitted by this Agreement, but for no other purpose.
