Common use of Lighting Plan Clause in Contracts

Lighting Plan. Prior to issuance by the City of any grading permit for the Property, Developer shall submit to the City Engineer and Delano Water, Light and Power Commission, and obtain the approval of the City Engineer and Delano Water, Light, and Power Commission of a final street lighting plan, which plan shall be consistent with Exhibit I of this Development Agreement, and all Plans referred to in Section 1 herein. This final plan shall include light pole and fixture design and location. Developer shall be responsible for the costs of all street light installation. All lighting shall comply with Section 51.03, Subd. D. 2 of the Delano Zoning Ordinance.

This final plan shall include light pole and fixture design and location. Developer shall be responsible for the costs of all street light installation. All lighting shall comply with Section 51.03, Subd. D. 2 D.2 of the Delano Zoning Ordinance.
