Lighting Costs Sample Clauses

The 'Lighting costs' clause defines which party is responsible for paying for the electricity or other expenses associated with lighting within a leased or managed property. Typically, this clause specifies whether the tenant or landlord will cover the costs of lighting in common areas, individual units, or exterior spaces, and may outline how these costs are measured or billed. By clearly allocating responsibility for lighting expenses, the clause helps prevent disputes and ensures both parties understand their financial obligations regarding property illumination.
