Life may Sample Clauses

Life may. (i) transfer or assign its rights and obligations under this Agreement (a) in connection with a sale or transfer of all or substantially all of its business relating to cellular medicine and/or bead manufacturing, or (b) to an Affiliate; and (ii) sub-contract any of its obligations under this Agreement to any of its Affiliates, without the consent of the Customer (in relation to which Life shall continue to remain responsible for performance or non-performance of the sub-contracted obligations).
