Lien Release. The Purchaser shall have received evidence in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to it of the release of all Liens affecting the assets of the Business or equity interests of any of the Transferred Entities other than (i) Permitted Liens, (ii) those Liens described in Section 7.01(c)(ii) and (iii) the Liens listed in Section 5.24 of the Seller Letter;
