Common use of Lien Matters Clause in Contracts

Lien Matters. Written notice of (1) the incurrence of any Lien (other than Permitted Liens and other Liens expressly permitted by the terms of the applicable Security Document) on, or claim asserted against any of the Collateral or (2) the occurrence of any other event which is reasonably likely to materially adversely affect the aggregate value of the Collateral;

Lien Matters.
