Licensors Performance Obligations. 6.1AVAILABILITY OF LICENSED MATERIALS Licensor shall, upon the subscription start date of the Licence Agreement as specified in Schedule 1, make the Licensed Materials available to the Licensee and the Members. The Licensor shall provide sufficient information to the Licensee and Members to enable Authorized Users to access the Licensed Materials.
