Licensor Notice. Licensor will inform Licensee in writing of the availability of the live Internet streaming Broadcast rights to each such live event to which Univision Group owns or controls such rights in the Territory. If such streaming rights are subject to Promotional Obligations, then Licensor shall also inform Licensee of such Promotional Obligations and any other terms and conditions applicable to such live event (which shall not include the payment of additional consideration by Licensee). Licensor shall provide such notice to Licensee as soon as reasonably practicable following Univision Group’s acquisition of such rights, but in no event later than forty five (45) days before the applicable live event (or if Univision Group acquires such rights within forty five (45) days of the applicable live event, within forty eight (48) hours of such acquisition (or if Univision Group acquires such live event within forty eight (48) hours of such live event, as promptly as practicable following such acquisition)).
