Licensor Exclusivity. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, neither Licensor will, nor any of its Affiliates will, directly or indirectly, Develop, Manufacture, or Commercialize any Competitive Product anywhere in the Territory, nor collaborate with, enable, or otherwise authorize, license or grant any right to any Third Party to Develop, Manufacture, or Commercialize any Competitive Product anywhere in the Territory.
