LICENSOR and MSP agree to keep each other regularly and fully informed about the designs, applications and other developments relating to the Licensed Patents and the Licensed Technology in the Field of the Agreement and the Licensed Instruments and Licensed Service, which become available to them and which they are not legally prevented from communicating to the other party.
