Common use of Licensor and Licensee Clause in Contracts

Licensor and Licensee. (s) shall notify NCC Group and each other, within 30 days of its occurrence, of any of the following: 15.1.1 a change of its name, principal office, contact address or other contact details; and 15.1.2 any material change in its circumstances that may affect the validity or operation of this Agreement or a Deposit Account Agreement.
