Common use of Licensing Policy Clause in Contracts

Licensing Policy. All residents must hold an active Washington state provider license or permit in the state where they are training (e.g., Alaska or Idaho). It is the Resident’s responsibility to comply with licensure requirements at all participating training sites, as well as any additional licensure requirements while participating in educational experiences outside of UW Medicine and affiliated hospitals. Residents must submit all application materials and supporting documentation to the Washington State Department of Health or other applicable licensing body prior to commencement of training. Residents shall be reimbursed by programs for the payment of license fees as outlined in the CBA.
