LICENSES HELD Clause Samples

The "Licenses Held" clause serves to confirm that a party possesses all necessary licenses, permits, or authorizations required to perform its obligations under the agreement. In practice, this means the party must have obtained and maintain in good standing any regulatory approvals or professional certifications relevant to the goods or services being provided. This clause helps ensure legal compliance and reduces the risk of regulatory violations, thereby protecting both parties from potential legal or operational disruptions.
