Licenses; Compliance with Laws. (a) Hanover and its Subsidiaries hold all Licenses that are required for the conduct of the businesses of Hanover and its Subsidiaries as currently conducted and are, and at all times have been, in compliance with the terms of all such Licenses so held, except, in the case of each of the foregoing, as has not had, and as would not reasonably be expected to have, individually or in the aggregate, a Material Adverse Effect on Hanover.
