Common use of Licenses; Compliance with Laws Clause in Contracts

Licenses; Compliance with Laws. Broker possesses all necessary approvals, licenses, permits, and authority to execute and deliver this Agreement and to engage in the activities contemplated by this Agreement, and Broker is in full compliance in all respects, and in good standing, with all regulatory and supervisory agencies having jurisdiction over Broker. All such approvals, licenses, and permits are in full force and effect and shall remain in full force and effect during the term of this Agreement. Broker covenants to notify Plaza immediately upon the suspension, revocation, expiration or other termination of any such approvals, licenses or permits, or of the taking of any action by any such agency against Broker that could adversely affect Broker's approvals, licenses, or permits;
