Licenses and Third Party. 7.1 THE CONTRACTOR shall obtain and maintain all appropriate licences to use third party software to allow it to deliver the obligations of the Contract including the Deliverables. 7.2 Unless otherwise agreed in advance in writing with THE EFA, THE CONTRACTOR shall only use standard ‘of the shelf’ versions of any third party software.
