Common use of Licenses and Certifications Clause in Contracts

Licenses and Certifications. The Grantee warrants that it will obtain and maintain during the term of this agreement all licenses, certifications, authorizations, or any documents required by the Federal, State, county, or municipal governments and international authorities, wherever necessary, to perform this agreement. The Grantee shall promptly notify the Department of any disciplinary action or change in the status of any license, permit, or other authorization required by law or this agreement.
