Common use of Licensee’s Feedback Clause in Contracts

Licensee’s Feedback. During Licensee’s use of the License, Licensee may provide feedback, either voluntarily or in response to survey or information requests from Famic, including suggestions, enhancement requests, recommendations, or other input (“Feedback”) related to Licensee’s use of the Software and Documentation. Licensee acknowledges and agrees that any Feedback communicated to Famic will be the exclusive property of Famic.
