Common use of Licensee’s Cooperation Clause in Contracts

Licensee’s Cooperation. If Axia should initiate an infringement action to enforce the Licensed Patent or a Licensed Trademark, Licensee will fully cooperate with, and will supply all assistance reasonably requested by, Axia. Axia will bear the reasonable expenses incurred by Licensee in providing such assistance and cooperation as is requested pursuant to this Paragraph 11(d).
