Common use of Licensee’s Acknowledgement Clause in Contracts

Licensee’s Acknowledgement. The Licensee hereby expressly agrees and accepts that the Receiver is acting as agent of the Licensor solely in his capacity as Receiver and enters into this Agreement in that capacity and accordingly no personal liability will attach to the Receiver or his estate, person and/or property TO THE INTENT that any personal liability of the Receiver is hereby excluded.
