Licensee Loans. (a) Each Licensee Loan shall be subject to the provisions of this Agreement and to the provisions set forth in the Licensee Loan Documents and the Licensee Loan Guaranty executed in connection with such Licensee Loan. The Borrower and Guarantors agree to promptly perform and comply with the terms and conditions of each Licensee Loan Guaranty Agreement, this Agreement and the other Loan Documents.
