Common use of Licensed Territory Clause in Contracts

Licensed Territory. Licensee shall not use or display, or sublicense or authorize any other Person to use or display, any of the Licensed Trademarks in any jurisdiction outside the Territory, provided that the foregoing shall not prevent the use or display of Licensed Trademarks on media intended primarily for jurisdictions within the Territory, but that are made accessible or viewable outside of the Territory. Licensee shall not sell or promote any Licensed Products outside of the Territory, or to Persons who Licensee knows (or should reasonably be expected to know) at the time of such sale intend to sell such Licensed Products outside the Territory.
