Licensed status Sample Clauses

The 'Licensed status' clause defines the legal standing or authorization of a party to use, distribute, or otherwise exploit certain intellectual property or assets under the agreement. Typically, this clause clarifies whether the license is exclusive or non-exclusive, the scope of rights granted, and any limitations or conditions attached to the license. By specifying the licensed status, the clause ensures that both parties understand the extent of permitted use and helps prevent unauthorized exploitation or infringement, thereby reducing legal risk and ensuring compliance with the terms of the agreement.
