Common use of Licensed Solutions; Limitations Clause in Contracts

Licensed Solutions; Limitations. If Customer has purchased a Licensed Solution, subject to this Agreement, AvePoint grants to Customer, and Customer agrees to pay for, a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Li- censed Solution. This license grant is solely for Customer’s Internal Use in accordance with this Agreement and the terms set forth on the applicable Documentation delivered with the Software. Except as expressly provided elsewhere in this Agreement, no sublicensing of use or access is permitted for any Solutions. The preceding sentence notwithstanding, and except as otherwise agreed between the Parties, Cus- tomer may distribute or deploy (but not sub-license) the Li- censed Solution(s) to its Affiliates for use solely by the max- imum number of Authorised Users or licensed quantities set forth in the Order. Except as expressly set forth in this Agree- ment, no license is granted and none shall be deemed granted, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.
