Common use of Licensed Personnel Clause in Contracts

Licensed Personnel. To the knowledge of each Group Member, the Licensed Personnel have complied and currently are in compliance in all material respects with all applicable Health Care Laws, and hold and, at all times that such Persons have been Licensed Personnel of any Group Member, have held, all professional licenses and other Health Care Permits and, to the knowledge of each Group Member, all Third Party Payor Authorizations required in the performance of such Licensed Personnel’s duties for such Group Member, and, each such Health Care Permit and Third Party Payor Authorization is in full force and effect and, to the knowledge of each Group Member, no suspension, revocation, termination, impairment, modification or non-renewal of any such Permit or Third Party Payor Authorization is pending or threatened.
